Chart's pop ups aren't stable #957

When we hover one chart, like a pie chart for example, and we also hover one of it's slices at the same time, the data pop up keeps appearing and disapearing until we aren't hovering it.

Note that this is happening in any chart

May I know your browser that you use? We've tested this example on Chrome but it seems there is no issue.
