Hi,

I have a requirement to add a header on all pages.

The main heading must repeat on the next pages.

is there a way to do this?

Currently it is not possible now. The phantomjs also does not support multiple header for table. Another option is using Chrome Headless. We have release the CloudExport package to support the headless chrome so it is a step closer to what you need. I will mark your thread as suggestion for pivot developer to work on this feature.
