Excel does not want to open after export #700

I am experiencing a problem with export function.

It downloads the file but has an error "The file format and extension of <<My Report>> .xls don\'t match. The file could be corrupted on unsafe"

Can you please review and let me know what I am doing wrong

You change the file extension to "xlsx" to see how.

in the function toBrowser("MyReport.xls"), you change to toBrowser("MyReport.xlsx")

Still not working. problem isn't in extension see the file (screenshot) there are PHP errors of undefined index.

Thanks . i have also checked your demo examples. it also have same issue. Please fix it ASAP
