Table Header in each page after PDF export? #501

Some way to do that, is an standard for reports on paper.

We will change from PhantomJS to Chrome Headless in near future and this problem will be solved. We are actually working on Chrome Headless now but still needs further work. We are about to release the KoolReport 3.0.0 soon together with package update but new Export package with Chrome Headless will come in later release.
