Remove resourceWaiting in the PDF export #493

Hi, is possible remove the resourceWaiting for this process? I need wait exactly time necessary, (only the necessary)

You may set the resourceWaiting with small number as you want. Reduce the resourceWaiting can make exporting process faster however it come with a risk that resource may not complete loading when export is executed. It may result in lost of chart display for example.

Hi, I solved this and others problems implementing chrome headless as a generation engine for pdfs... I used package html-pdf-chrome https://www.npmjs.com/package/html-pdf-chrome executed with node js.

I think this is important for the koolreport future, because phantomjs is suspend and it has unsatisfactory behaviors, such as this problem, speed execution, among others...
