Pdf report error #442

hi support team while downloading pdf i'm getting error

Array ( [type] => 1 [message] => Uncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'Could not execute phantomjs' in /usr/local/apache

Hi Mike,

Could you please check if the phantomjs has permission to run. In linux the permission should be "755".
