Cloud Export package- Request failed: {"error":"Failed credential!" #2862

I've been using cloudExport these months and I haven't had any problems. But today I get the following error when generating the PDF "Request failed: {"error":"Failed credential!"} ". Does anyone know what can it be? thanks

Sorry for your inconvenience. We've fixed this error as soon as we got notice and cloud export should work ok now. We will make prevention so that this error won't happen in the future. Tks,
