Is there a way to add a button side by side with Account menu?

Similar to the way you do at Examples doc with the buttons KoolReport and KoolReport Pro at top right:

Or, if not possible, add a button to the dashboard title?

I don't want to waster a full row in the dashboard just to add a help button [?].

It seems to me that there is no options but let me consult dev.team before answering you.
