Pivot Table Excel total row to top #2728

I am trying to export an excel with a pivotTable, which will have the total sum row displayed on top(1st row bellow headers) instead of bottom. How can I manage to do that?

We haven't had an option for PivotTable / PivotMatrix to put the Total/All rows at the top yet. We will consider add it to the roadmap for PivotTable / PivotMatrix. Tks,
