Report Header Repeat and Pagination

We are attempting to use the KoolReport Pro Enterprise License we purchased in March 2022 to replace our existing SSRS reporting in our app. Our goal is to remove our apps dependency on SSRS so we can fully deploy our app as a container and have native PHP reporting instead of requiring SSRS rendered reports. When we say "reports" we mean paper representations not an HTML rendered page parsed through a pdf printer. Ctrl-P in a browser is simple enough for that. We are trying to render high quality paper report outputs for our customers.

We have run into a couple of issues when using KoolReport.

1.) The report pagination orphans and even cuts off text in tables at the bottom of a page. This is not something our customers would tolerate.

2.) The report table headers do not repeat at the top of a new page.

Are there any solutions to these (basic) paper report output issues.

Regarding your questions, our Export package uses Phantomjs headless browser to render to PDF. It is known to have some limitation when rendering tables across pagination, such as row cutting off and non-repeating table header.

We have another solution, CloudExport, which uses a newer engine in Chrome headless, can repeat table header, and is better at table pagination:
