Csv enclosure suggestion #2519

Hi,

To optimize export to csv with a lot of rows (over 800.000), we developed a sql function which returns every rows to csv format. So, we modified the file koolreport/excel/ExportHandler to remplace the enclosure character by chr(9):

Could you integrate this functionality in next release ?
