Dashboard: D3 Piechart with Empty Datastore #2396

Hi,

as the title says, when my query returns 0 values, D3 Piechart is not working...when there is data, D3 works fine! I'm using Dashboard.

I get the error :

Message: Undefined index: shipping_state Line: 34 File: /home/xxxxxx/public_html/reports/koolreport/d3/ProcessColumns.php

Is there a way to make D3 Piechart show : NO DATA...like Google charts or ChartJS?

Hi Mathieu,

Really sorry for our late reply on this matter. I have asked the dev.team several day ago and probably we will make D3 behave like chartjs or google charts in next version.

Meanwhile, alternatively to showing "No Data", you could hide the chart, what do you think of this option?

i decided to switch to Google PieChart for the moment, but would be interested to be notified when this change is done on D3.
