SSL error when exporting to pdf #2365

Suddenly my web which worked fine has begun showing error when using cloud export. This is error. file_get_contents(): SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error messages: error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed

What can be happening?

I think after 30th September SSL/TLS Certificates provider Let's Encrypt stops working with some older systems. Your server's SSL certificate might be one of them and cloud export client could not retrieve report contents from your server to send to cloud export server to render to pdf. Pls check your server's SSL certificate. Rgds,

I have checked ssl certificate and works fine. It seems all chain is ok. I have used this service to check it. https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=https://gestion.estaraldia.net/

Pls have a look at this recent article by Let's Encrypt and ensure all of your certificate updated:

I have read that article, but I have checked root certificate and it is valid till 2024....

Pls check your client machines for outdated ssl libraries as well. Cloud export server still works fine in our tests and in the online demo:
