Combine 3 files into one php #209

Hi can anyone point me toward the details for combining all 3 files into one file please? I have seen it somewhere but cant quite find it now? Is there a downside to doing this rather than having the 3 files per page?

index.php SalesByCustomer.php SalesByCustomer.view.php
