Questions regarding Pro/Package purchases #2024

Hi, newcomer here, and after learning the basics I am considering purchasing packages or even buying Pro version.

but I'd like to ask some questions before I do so:

  1. Say, for example, I already bought Excel Package for $45 (I plan to do so). Then, if I want to buy Pro to get access to other packages, do I have to pay full price for the Pro version individually ($199, $499, etc.)? Or do I get some kind of discount, such as excluding price of Excel Package for the Pro version price?

  2. Apart from that Pro lets you use every available packages, Are there any other "notable" benefits for buying the Pro version? Like, in terms of "support", how long does it usually take to answer the questions or fix the problems?

Quick answers would be greatly appreciated, thank you :)

  1. If you bought the Excel, we can refund it if you upgrade to KoolReport Pro.
  2. Of course, you will receive Priority Support. Due to the timezone, we guarantee 24-hour response but normally it will be much faster than that.
