White screen when uploading the site in the air #1987

I went up to my website with a report, but when I open the screen it is on, nothing appears, just a blank screen. How does xampp work, what can it be? I don't use any paid Koolreport.

The free KoolReport Core works totally ok. What's the web directory structure of your website and which url did you open?
