Ellipse in Bubble Chartjs #1845

Is there a way to display an ellipse instead of a bubble in the bubble chart (chartjs)? I have to show the standard deviation for both dimension (x and y axis).

Hi Thomas,

I don't think there's an option to use ellipse/oval shape for bubble chart in either Chartjs or Google Chart. It's a really uncommon case that's rarely seen. I think the best chance to create such a chart is via modifying C3's bubble chart.
