If I have purchased kool report Pro for 5 developers, I have installed it on all 5 developers,

BUT one of my developers left the organization, How can I transfer the current license to the new developer on a new machine?

The license is non-transferable so you will not be able to transfer Developer License from one person to another.

If you need licenses for 5 developers, better you go for Team license which allows you to have 5 developers to work with KoolReport. Also if you have a developer left organization, you can have another developer to use KoolReport Pro without any issue with license. The developer left does not have right to use KoolReport Pro (legally) for his whatsoever projects. With Team license, as long as you maintain max number of developers using KoolReport Pro is 5, it would be fine.

The price of Team license is also much less than price of 5 Developer Licenses.
