suddenly it stopped to generate any pdf for me

Please try to run a specific cloud export and describe how it works/doesn't work for you. Is there a timeout or any error message? Thanks!

Turns out there's a bug when we are enabling a feature for header and footer tags inside the pdf view file. It's just been fixed. Please try again and let us know the result. Thanks!

May be you should to add some response code or message (I don't know is it generally possible) but if I could get some return code or something like that i can analyse it and provide some info to users... It is better than have 504 or 502 error or nothing...
